Returns (Change of Mind)

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, provided the items are returned unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of electronic components, we cannot accept returns for items that:

Have been installed or used
Show signs of damage, wear, or improper handling
Are missing components, accessories, or original packaging

To request a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must be sent back within 14 days of confirmation.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Defective Components

If a component supplied by KernelBuilds is faulty or not functioning correctly, please contact us as soon as the issue is discovered.

We understand that PC build kits may not be assembled immediately after delivery, and faults may only become apparent during or after the build process.

Faults reported:

Within 30 days of delivery may be eligible for a full refund
Within 6 months of delivery may be eligible for a repair, replacement, or refund

We may request reasonable troubleshooting steps or evidence to confirm the fault before arranging a resolution.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Exclusions & Limitations

We are not responsible for:

Damage caused during customer installation or assembly
Electrical damage, static discharge, or improper handling
Issues caused by incompatible third-party components

PC build kits are DIY products, and assembly is performed at the customer’s own risk.
