My PC arrived dammaged

If your order appears damaged on arrival, please refuse the delivery or sign for it as “DAMAGED.” do not turn it on. Please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the damage, along with your order details. This allows us to assess the issue quickly and arrange the appropriate next steps, such as a repair, replacement, or further support.

If the parcel is accepted without noting any damage, it may limit our ability to provide compensation.
