Returns & Refunds
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Faulty components reported within 30 days may be eligible for a full refund.
- Faults reported within 6 months may be eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.
Warranty
- All components come with the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Pre-Built systems include a build workmanship warranty.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused during assembly, misuse, or incompatible components.
